Welcome to the RUgged Mountain, 10x more challenging than the NUgget Bridge! Five notable trainers from the Dream World have gathered and are ready to accept your challenge. The challenge is to beat all 5 in order, and then hold on to your victorious crown for as long as is possible. The player to hold it for the longest period of time at the end of the month wins. All five are experienced and knowledgeable in RU, as well as representing a significant challenge to beat. The battles will be heated, and many hours of blood, sweat, and tears will go into the preparation. So with the introduction out of the way, lets get started.

So who is the king of the mountain? Well, it could be you! The first trainer to beat all five trainers will become the king! All future challengers must beat you to become the king. The ultimate aim of this is to hold onto this spot for as long as possible.
Rules:
- If you are challenged as a member of the mountain, you must not john. Continued johning will lead to you being replaced.
- Mountain members can challenge the mountain, but get to skip themselves. If one of them becomes the king, they will get replaced.
- All matches are to be played in the current RU tier, whatever that my be, with the standard clauses on.
- If you lose, you don't have to go back to the beginning, but wait 24 hours before you challenge the trainer again. However, if the trainer agrees to a rematch before the 24 hour wait is up, you may face him again.
- If you lose as the king, you will lose all your status and have to work your way back up again.
- You only get one challenge against the current king; lose, and you have to head back to the PokeCenter to heal and then work your way up the mountain again.
- If you lose 5 times throughout the challenge, you have to start from the beginning.
To start your challenge, simply post in this thread saying you are going to play, and then report back with your wins and losses. Sharing logs and replays is encouraged. This will be good practice if you are looking to get on the rotating council!
