Transfer to Gen 6, check via PkHex (google it) or RNG abuse your TID/SID or use AR to view TID/SID in Gen 5.

I don't think there is a standardized list actually, you'd have to ask on PS's built in "IRC".

I've got those and I can breed that Charizard if I don't have one but do you have shuckle with stealth rocks?
