Yeah it's for doubles, don't need T-Bolt really as my mega is Manectric. I'll try HP fire out on showdown then :)

I know the analysis of the wobbuffet says the natures are Calm and Bold, but the question is does it matter if the nature was either Impish or Bold (For the OU) and Calm or Careful (For the Uber)? If yes, why? (or if no, why?)

-Atk is used to minimize Foul Play and confusion damage, if you're not concerned about that Impish/Careful work.
its not useless at all almost all pokes can work with the right support

Nature wise, you might want to go with timid. If you are going with an HP, I would go with ground. Most useful HP for it this gen imo.

Yes, but just to make sure, you should catch in a dive ball. Not many in dive balls around here. You could just not do a hidden power in that case (unless you are really dedicated :p).
