Gen 2 Suggestions of my team

Hello I play pokemon over 10 years and allways I played casual but yesterday I study for the Natures,Abilities,IVs,EVs and I decided to make my team and here we are.
Ofcorse this 1st team will not be good but I need your help to lern better the game.
The pokemons are only for gen1 and gen 2.
