Welcome to the second iteration of the Smogon karaoke contest! This is a single-elimination contest with 32 participants. By popular demand, the first round of The Smogon Factor is Disney songs. Any song that comes from an animated Disney / Disney-Pixar film is acceptable. There are several lists available for those looking for inspiration, though each list is missing certain songs: 1 2 3
We ask that you submit your song choice to the hosts as soon as possible, as there's a limit of three people maximum doing a specific song (to stop everyone from doing I'll Make a Man Out of You), and so that we can give you background music, though it's available on YouTube anyway, and ensure two people in a match-up aren't doing the same song (boring). You have two weeks to record, at which time voting will go up, so have fun singing!
When you've done your recording, please send the file to jumpluff and Ace Matador so we can upload it to the Smogon Factor's YouTube Channel. By the way, a personal favourite of mine to record with is Audacity, though Google will yield other alternatives if you can't use it!
