Here's all of the move names put into the list with their Base Powers, Accuracies, and so forth. I think what we're calling V-Generate is what Serebii is calling Burst Flame. It's the only move that makes sense for it and I think the name Brust Flame makes a lot more sense. This means that the "negative effect" for Burst Flame could only apply in Doubles and Triples and simply be 180 Base Power Fire move in singles.
