Strategy & Metagame Useful Pokemon with Bad Stat Spreads

(For Issue #27) I'm planning on writing an article that explores Pokemon with bad stat spreads, that would usually be negative, but they are still able to be great in their tier. Pokemon I shall include : Breloom, Dugtrio, Sableye, Azumarill, Sharpedo, Absol, Smeargle, Snover, Ditto, Zweilous, and Gurdurr. I'm open to adding more if they're suggested.

I'm leaning towards a no here; it's pretty obvious why those Pokemon are good in their tiers without an article on it from basic knowledge and their analyses. Unless you can flesh.out more to distinguish it from analyses? :o

Yeah, I probably wouldn't be able to make it too different from the analyses, so you can just lock this thread.
