Mega Altaria is not deemed viable in OU (it's not on the viability rankings), and I believe submissions for this competition must be viable. To be fair Shedinja hardwalls like half the metagame so I'm not sure if it should be allowed as a submission.Since Shedinja is being brought up for a spot the VR due to its viability on specific Stall teams and has the tournament success to back it up I guess I'll go with that.

This variant of Rotom-Wash literally cannot touch Shedinja whatsoever, though Shedinja obviously has to be extremely cautious of the prospective Will-o-Wisp from a defensive variant. With proper scouting the Electrium set can be properly discerned and once scouted for Shedinja generates a tremendous amount of pressure by forcing it to switch out and forcing its teammates to take damage from its hazards, to eat a potential Burn, or to potentially be KO'd by one of Shedinja's attacks.
Shedinja is therefore a counter to offensive Rotom-Wash. It literally cannot touch Shedinja, period.
