Just read the rules, I can see one of them is going to be a problem:
"Don't be an asshole. Seriously. I will say something/intervene if it gets too bad."

It's one of those funny anti-climatic things looking when you get the conversation notice. Because even though the conversation name isn't AI, the fact it's just you and the host in the PM really gives it away.
Anyways, so game stuff. 8 people. We need to lynch 4 people to win. So I think it's best and most important by the EOD 1 that everyone has a list of 4 people they'd like to lynch (including whoever goes out D1).
Also interesting math, if we randomly lynch today. We have a 75% chance to lynch town so it could very well be worth thinking about that (although it's a lame way to win).

I think its more effective to create a scum list than a town list, if someone is universally scum read correctly we auto win the game by never lynching them.
