This set is very effective, and often lethal when it is used to set up rain and heal Kingdra for a second sweep. Mesprit has an almost identical set on-site, and Jirachi has even better typing (for rain, not as much for sun).

Why this set deserves to be on-site:
- great supporter for either rain or sun teams
- can beat both Tyranitar and Abomasnow with iron head
- U-turn can scout their action after the weather changes, while SR is good in general
- can set up a deadly late-game sweep by healing up a worn-down Kingdra, or other sweeper, with healing wish while also creating rain/sun.
- Swift swimmers and chlorophyllers greatly benefit from their respective weather being in play
- life orb sweepers greatly appreciate healing wish.
- While Tyranitar and Abomasnow need to beware of iron head, Hippowdon can change the weather without fear.
- Susceptible to taunt if it doesn't set up weather on the first turn
