Tournament Information
The brackets have been determined via seeding. This means that the matches for this round are 1 v 8, 2 v 7, 3 v 6 and 4 v 5. These playoffs are best of three. To maintain the multi-generational theme of these tournaments, assuming matches go to three games, each of DPP, BW2 and ORAS will be represented once.
The highest seed will pick the generation for the first battle, the lowest seed will pick the generation for the second battle, and the third battle (if there is a third battle) will be played in the generation that neither picked.
This may look confusing, so I will summarise how that will work:
- Player 1 is matched against Player 2.
- Player 1 amassed 10 points during the 25 week season, while Player 2 amassed 8.
- For the first battle, because Player 1 is seeded higher thanks to their earning more points, Player 1 gets first pick of the generation that battle will be played in. They pick DPP and beat Player 2.
- For the second battle, because Player 1 got to pick the generation for the first battle, Player 2 gets to pick the generation. They pick BW2 and beat Player 1.
- The third battle, then, has to be ORAS as neither player chose ORAS as the generation for either of the first two battles.

PLEASE send me your teams before you play via forum PM so that we avoid any drama relating to disconnects and whatnot (cf. PROBLEMS v. March Fires, UPL IV). I don't want to need to bug the PS admins.
