I have to say that I don't think that Korra is Aang's daughter. I was just saying that it isn't impossible. It would just be very unfitting for Korra to be Aang's daughter. The writers for Avatar would never do something like that. The only relation 'twist' was that Zuko's great grandfather was Roku. It wasn't all that unexpected and I highly doubt there will be anything of that nature in the new series.
Also, I've heard that it's been rumored that it WILL indeed be a miniseries. I don't know if it's the truth or just a rumor, but I don't think they would reveal that this early, as everything else is heavily under wraps.
