Ofc its not 100% accurate but 80% is okay especially when you realise that he basically has the strongest Outrage in the whole game not only UU, but OU and even no Ubers have a more powerful outrage ( well Rayquaza and Zekrom come pretty close, but still).
It also has the option to use Eviolite to take hits a lot better, but without it it loses much of its wallbreaking potential (UU has some pretty hard to break walls now).
