Learned By: Xurkivoir
Name: Charm Beam (Charge Beam + Charm)
New Type:

Classification:

Base Power: 50 (Z-100)
Accuracy: 90%
Power Points: 16
Effect: Has a 70% chance to raise the user's Special Attack by 1 stage and reduce the target's Attack by 2 stages at once.
Target: One foe.
Intended Use(s): The effects sounds a lot, but the move itself is weak and is not perfectly accurate. Can be stacked up with the Tail Glow or Calm Mind set, or by Charming Beam itself.

Learned By: Vikarona
Name: Charge Dance (Charge + Fiery Dance)
New Type:

Classification:

Base Power: 80 (Z-100)
Accuracy: 100%
Power Points: 16
Effect: Have a 50% chance to boost the user's Special Attack and Special Defense by one stage, and when it happens, the next Electric-type attack will have its power doubled.
Target: One foe.
Intended Use(s): As if Fiery Dance itself wasn't a painful for Volcarona (and Vikarona) move to deal with. When it get the boost, the next hit will do double power, discouraging stalling (at least except the more potentially broken one, not going to name which).

Learned By: Mudgoat
Name: Leech Tremor (Leech Horn + Earthquake)
New Type:

Classification:

Base Power: 85 (Z-175)
Accuracy: 100%
Power Points: 16
Effect: The user recovers 1/2 the HP lost by the target, rounded half up. If Big Root is held by the user, the HP recovered is 1.3x normal, rounded half down.
Target: All adjacent targets.
Intended Use(s): Less powerful Earthquake, but enable Mudgoat another recovery utility in order to penetrate most of those pesky Steel-type and to go with Life Orb.

Learned By: Theridel
Name: Hex Termination (Hex + Earthquake)
New Type:

Classification:

Base Power: 80 (Z-160)
Accuracy: 100%
Power Points: 16
Effect: If the target have a major status ailment (Burn, Paralysis, Poison/Badly Poisoned, Sleep or Freeze), this attack's Base Power is doubled.
Target: All adjacent targets.
Intended Use(s): I originally let it Ground-type, but then a stronger Ghost-type STAB will never hurt. Basically a stronger Hex that is less powerful, but still useful, against non-burning enemies that are not Normal-type.

Learned By: Shrek
Name: Do-The-Roar (Defog + Spore)
New Type:

Classification:

Base Power: ---
Accuracy: 100%
Power Points: 24
Effect: The user roar so fiercely that it lowers the target's evasiveness by 1 stage and put it into Sleep. If this move is successful and whether or not the target's evasiveness was affected, the effects of Reflect, Light Screen, Aurora Veil, Safeguard, Mist, Spikes, Toxic Spikes, Stealth Rock, and Sticky Web end for the target's side, and the effects of Spikes, Toxic Spikes, Stealth Rock, and Sticky Web end for the user's side. Ignores a target's substitute, although a substitute will still block the lowering of evasiveness and the Sleep effect.
Z-Effect: Reset the user's negative stat changes, and then +1 Accuracy, and then use Do-The-Roar.
Target: All adjacent opponents.
Intended Use(s): Simply based on Shrek's famous roar scene from the first movie. An unmissable sleep is already annoying, but it also even wash away the user's side entry hazards.

Learned By: Vitality
Name: Fatality (Explosion + V-create)
New Type:

Classification:

Base Power: 200 (Z-220)
Accuracy: 100%
Power Points: 8
Effect: If the user had knocked out a target with this move, the user's Defense, Special Defense and Speed are lowered by one stage each. If not, the user faints.
Target: One target.
Intended Use(s): Since almost everyone try to go Multi-Attack, I will use both of the Pokémon's strongest STAB attacks; Explosion from Silvally, and V-create from Victini. This deadly semi-sacrificial attack will make up for the user's not-so-impressive Attack, but at a risk of dying if the target is still not down. Basically Fire-type Self-Destruct, but with a less severe punishment shall the target is knocked out by this move. Since its Fire-type, this will go perfectly with almost any of Vitality's Type Combinations. It helps that it retained the Z-Move BP of V-create.

Learned By: Necromega
Name: Horror Power (Stored Power + Air Slash)
New Type:

Classification:

Base Power: 45 (Z-160)
Accuracy: 100%
Power Points: 16
Effect: Power is equal to 20+(X*20), where X is the user's total stat stage changes that are greater than 0. 30% chance to flinch the target.
Target: One target.
Intended Use(s): A more horrifying version of Air Slash. Imagine, setting up a Calm Mind and then it got 85 BP, or even 125 BP after two Calm Minds! And considering the Kaleidoscope Ability, it can just run Stored Power, Horror Power, Calm Mind and either a coverage move, Psyshock or Rock Polish. Preparing it well and watch the true horror that sweeps anything like there's no tomorrow... unless you got a threat that blocks both of their STABs.

Learned By: Malaquanid
Name: Tricky Lunge (Topsy Turvy + Lunge)
New Type:

Classification:

Base Power: 80 (Z-160)
Accuracy: 100%
Power Points: 24
Effect: Has a 100% chance to raise the user's Attack by 1 stage.
Target: One target.
Intended Use(s): Basically an inverse Lunge, thanks to Topsy Turvy; instead of weakening the target's Attack, it strengthen the user's Attack after each usage. This allows Malaquanid to stack up with its inversed Burn and to snowball against enemies not resisting Bug-type.
Is anything fine, or is there any moves I should fix before the voting might begins?

Is anything fine, or is there any moves I should fix before the voting might begins?
I would advise making Horror Power base 20. Other than that, no problems.

Learned By: Malaquanid
Name: Stress Off (Rest + Scald)
New Type:

Classification:

Base Power: ---
Accuracy: ---
Power Points: 16
Effect: User fully restores it's HP, but gets burned as a result. Burn replaces current status. (Z-Move restores negative stats to 0)
Target: User
Flavor: "The user releases all of it's stress, being able to relax for a while, but gets a terrible headache afterwards"
Uses: Makes it so that Malaquanid not only has great recovery, but won't need to always carry a Flame Orb to make full use of it's ability.
The way the description is worded, it seems like this move can be used infinitely. I would nerf it so that when it's used, it cannot be used again until the third turn after.
Ok, so, not much related to this slate in itself, but the next slate will have Smelly, a fusion that has Smeargle as one of the parents. How does that work? Do we have to use Sketch, or can we use other Normal-Type moves (Such as Belly Drum, Tackle, etc) to make the move?
Since this hasn't been answered yet, I declare that Fusion Moves for Smeargle fusions will be allowed to feature any Normal-type move from the Smeargle side.

Okay, now voting is open.

Learned By: Xurkivoir
Name: Disarming Deluge (Ion Deluge + Disarming Voice)
New Type:

Classification:

Base Power: 40
Accuracy: ---
Power Points: 15 (max 24)
Effect: +1 Priority. Makes targets' Normal-type moves Fairy-type.
Z-Effect: 100 BP Twinkle Tackle
Target: All Adjacent Foes

Learned By: Vikarona
Name: Leeching Bolt (Thunderbolt + Leech Life)
New Type:

Classification:

Base Power: 90
Accuracy: 100%
Power Points: 10 (max 16)
Effect: User regains HP equal to 1/2 damage dealt.
Z-Effect: 175 BP Gigavolt Havoc
Target: Single Adjacent

Learned By: Mudgoat
Name: Root Drag (Bulldoze + Leech Seed)
New Type:

Classification:

Base Power: 65 (Z-130)
Accuracy: 100%
Power Points: 16
Effect: Lower's the target's Speed one stage. Applies Root Drag to the foe. Root Drag heals the user 1/8 of the opponents HP each turn and lowers their speed by one stage. Root Drag cannot be applied to Grass-types, although they still will take damage and have their speed lowered.
Target: Single Opponent
Flavor: The user drags the opponent downwards with heavy roots, which latch onto the opponent.
Intended Use(s): A better version of Leech Seed that with enough time and patience, can grow Mudgoat into a comparatively speedy Pokemon.
Learned By: Mudgoat
Name: High Goatpower (High Horsepower + Horn Leech)
New Type: Grass (was Ground)
Classification: Physical
Base Power: 95
Accuracy: 100%
Power Points: 10 (max 16)
Effect: Drains 50% of the damage dealt.
Target: 1 opponent

Stronger reliable Grass STAB that still drains. Helps with longevity, since Mudgoat would like to stay around a long time.
Learned By: Mudgoat
Name: Deafening Quake (Earthquake + Worry Seed)
New Type: Ground
Classification: Physical
Base Power: 100 (Z-180)
Accuracy: 100%
Power Points: 16
Effect: Anyone hit by this move will have their ability changed to Insomnia.
Target: All adjacent opponents

"Mudgoat stirs up an ear-splitting racket, making sleep an impossibility for anyone in the vicinity."

Learned By: Theridel
Name: Hellfog (Hex + Defog)
New Type: Ghost
Classification: Special
Base Power: 65
Accuracy: 100%
Power Points: 15 (max 24)
Effect: Clears status and hazards on the user's side of the field. Lower's target's evasion by 1. +65 power and reduces Evasion by an additional stage if the user's side has status or hazards. +65 Power and reduces Evasion by an additional stage if the target is statused. These stack.
Target: default is 1 opponent

Hex, Defog, and Heal Bell in one neat little move, with a little extra kick. As if Theridel needed to be better...

Learned By: Shrek
Name: Spore Storm (Spore + Tailwind)
New Type:

Classification:

Base Power: - (Z-Crit Ratio +2)
Accuracy: -
Power Points: 24
Effect: Sets tailwind on this Pokemon's side on the field. Puts the foe to sleep for four turns.
Target: Field
Flavor: The user summons a wind storm, then ejects sleep-inducing spores into the air.
Intended Use(s): Spore with the knowledge of when the foe will wake up. It also is Tailwind, meaning Shrek can fufill a role as a suicide lead. Hey, it may not be much, but it's better than what Shrek has right now.
Learned By: Shrek
Name: Onion Layers (Synthesis + Mirror Move)
New Type:

Classification:

Base Power: ---
Accuracy: ---
Power Points: 32
Effect: Heals user by 50% of max HP and sets layers of onions on itself. Under these onions, any healing that the foe does will instead go to this Pokémon. (Z-Move will give a +2 in Attack)
Target: Self
Flavor: "Shrek rambles about how Onions and Ogres compare, somehow healing itself in the process"
Uses: Shrek will always be just a joke mon, not much can change that. But hey, at the least now it is a joke mon with a joke move (That has some uses but won't really make Shrek useful)

Learned By: Vitality
Name: Memory RAM (Stored Power + Multi-Attack)
New Type:

Classification:

Base Power: 40 (Z-100)
Accuracy: 100%
Power Points: 16
Effect: +20 Power for each stat boost that this Pokemon has. Changes type to this Pokemon's held memory. Makes Contact.
Target: Single Opponent
Flavor: The user cloaks itself in an extremely adaptive and powerful energy and unleashes it, attacking with it's massive RAM. The more the user's stats are raised, the greater the move's power. The memory held determines the move’s type.
Intended Use(s): A physical, more powerful Stored Power that is always certain to have STAB. This lets Vitality be a Physical attacker like its movepool clearly wants it to be.
Learned By: Vitality
Name: V-Rage (Rage + V-Create)
New Type: Fire
Classification: Physical
Base Power: 100
Accuracy: 100
Power Points: 10 (max 16)
Effect: If the user is hit during use (see Rage mechanics), raises Defense, SpD and Speed by 1.
Target: 1 opponent

Reliable Fire STAB with an immensely useful secondary effect that makes Vitality faster and bulkier.

Learned By: Necromega
Name: Prismatic Phoenix (Prismatic Laser + Roost)
New Type:

Classification:

Base Power: 140 (Z-200 Power)
Accuracy: 90%
Power Points: 16
Effect: Heals 75% of the damage dealt. For this turn and the next turn, it loses its Flying type. This move fails if used consecutively.
Target: Single Opponent
Flavor: The user redirects all light around it with its prisms and sets itself ablaze, then spreads its wings, unleashing a blazing light on the opponent.
Intended Use(s): Oblivion Wing on steroids on a Pokemon with endless set up and is not as weak to SE moves as Yveltal. Go nuts!

Learned By: Malaquanid
Name: Slippery Web (Topsy-Turvy + Sticky Web)
New Type:

Classification:

Base Power: - (Z-Speed +1)
Accuracy: -
Power Points: 32
Effect: Sets down Slippery Web down on this Pokemon's side. Grounded allies have their Speed raised by one stage on switch-in.
Target: User
Flavor: The user weaves a web on its side, then inverts it in every way possible. Grounded allies become faster upon switch-in as a result.
Intended Use(s): This is basically a better version of Tailwind (albeit only +1) that never goes away! The idea is pretty simple. Remove all Defoggers, then use Slippery Web. Then bring in a powerful if not as fast as others attacker, and proceed to destroy everything. Heck, if you already have something waiting that you're confident can sweep, just bring it in immediately before the Defogger can remove Slippery Web!

Making a move that all Crematoria forms can abuse is gonna be hard tbh... As for Smelly, it'll probably be pretty varied in terms of subs since it has lots of options to fuse with

Ill add subs tomorrow night

Learned By: Scrapunny
Name: Knock Out (Knock Off + Fake Out)
New Type:

Classification:

Base Power: 55 (Z-100 Power)
Accuracy: 100%
Power Points: 16
Effect: Knock off the target's item. Deals 1.5x more damage if the target had an item. +3 Priority. Only works for the first turn after switch-in. Contact Move.
Target: Single Opponent
Intended Use(s): Gives Scrapunny a Dark-type move that will give frustration to Item-dependent opponents. Priority control are still around, but can be useful against non-Tapu Lele Psychic-type fusions as a revenge kill move.

Learned By: Bezong
Name: Tricky Swords (Swords Dance + Trick Room)
New Type:

Classification:

Base Power: -- (Z-Move: Remove user's negative stat changes)
Accuracy: --
Power Points: 8
Effect: Raises the user's Attack by 2 stages and set up a Trick Room. Priority −7.
Target: Self
Intended Use(s): The Trick Room move takes one moveslot, and Trick Room itself is not a prominent room in OU, less so in FE. Fortunately, with Tricky Swords, Bezong will be able to become a fast sweeper for five precious turns without losing the power of Gyro Ball, because of the +2 Attack stages. Beware of the Bezong!

Thanks AquaticPanic for the template.

Learned By: Bezong
Name: Health Amputation (Pain Split + Heal Block)
New Type:

Classification:

Base Power: -
Accuracy: -
Power Points:
20
Effect: Averages the user's and the target's HP. Anything that attempts to heal the foe, heals the user of this move instead. This second effect lasts for 5 turns.
Target: One foe
Flavor: Uhmm... Bewear breaks people's spines. Bronzong is too smart to do that. Combined, Bezong does amputations which is slighly less bad.
Uses: Bezong doesn't have any recovery moves, so it would have to rely on either Resttalk or Pain Split to survive. Health Amputation gives it a better Pain Split, and lets it temporarily steal the effect of foe's Leftovers. Can be used against stall, since anything that uses Recover will heal Bezong instead of themselves.

Learned By: Valcro
Name: Fog Machine (Multi-Attack + Defog)
New Type:

Classification:

Base Power: -
Accuracy: -
Power Points: 20
Effect: Changes type according to the user's held memory. Removes hazards from user's side of the field, and changes hazards of the opponent's side of the field into the type of this move.
Target: User
Uses: Makes Valcro a more versatile utility/support fusion like it's supposed to be.

Learned By: Smelly
Name: Masterpiece-Attack (Multi-Attack + Sketch)
New Type:

Classification:

Base Power: 90
Accuracy: -
Power Points: 10
Effect: Changes type according to the user's held memory. Permanently copies the BP and effect of the last move used by the target, becoming a 'second hit' of this move. Doesn't copy things that Sketch can't copy, such as Z-moves. Only copies moves once.
Target: One foe.
Uses: Do I really need to explain the use of this one? Wait until opponent uses Mach Punch, then get priority STAB with 90+40 BP. Or wait for Swords Dance and get Power-up Punch on steroids. Etc. But if you copy something like Fly or Giga Impact which makes you lose a turn, you're out of luck.

does Masterpiece Attack stack so you can keep getting more moves with it cos that would be kinda OP

Learned By: Scrapunny
Name: Giggle Impact (Throat Chop + Giga Impact)
New Type:

Classification:

Base Power: 125 (Z-190 Power)
Accuracy: 90%
Power Points: 16
Effect: For the next two turns, neither this Pokemon or the target can use sound moves.
Target: Single Opponent
Flavor: The user engages in a feminine conversation with her friends, then unleashes energy built up in the conversation onto the opponent, infecting the target with the words and thoughts of the conversation. This leaves both the user and the target girlishly giggling for the next two turns.
Intended Use(s): Powerful Normal STAB move that works both in base (with a scarf or even slippery web) and in the mega (because Scrappy). Also disables PixilVoice and AerilVoice, which is good since those are pretty common in FE.

Learned By: Bezong
Name: Whirligig (Protect + Gyro Ball)
New Type:

Classification:

Base Power: - (Z-160 Power)
Accuracy: 100%
Power Points: 16
Effect: +2 Priority. Does more damage depending on how much slower the user is compared to the opponent. The foe's next attack has their damage calculated the same way as this move. The chance that this effect takes place is halved each time that this move is used consecutively, until it does not happen, at which the chance resets.
Target: Single Opponent
Flavor: The user spins around like a top and crashes into the opponent. This makes the opponent dizzy, making them spin into the user during the next attack they use. Its chance of dizzying the opponent rises if used in succession. Almost always goes first.
Intended Use(s): A powerful STAB move that lets Bezong operate outside of Trick Room, while also greatly reducing how much damage this Pokemon takes over the match.

Learned By: Valcro
Name: Acid Slap (Double Hit + Poison Fang)
New Type:

Classification:

Base Power: 55 (Z-100 Power)
Accuracy: 100%
Power Points: 16
Effect: Hits twice. Each hit has a 50% chance to badly poison the target.
Target: Single Opponent
Flavor: The user hits the opponent twice with poison covered fists. This has a 50% chance to badly poison the foe for each hit.
Intended Use(s): Makes room for a potential AV set as well as Fairy-weak memories.

Learned By: Tapu Meme
Name: Psycho Ballad (Psyshock + Relic Song)
New Type:

Classification:

Base Power: 90 (Z-160 Power)
Accuracy: 100%
Power Points: 16
Effect: Transforms the user into Tapu Meme-Dank. In regular form, is a Special attack. In Dank form, is Physical and no longer transforms the user.
Target: Single Opponent
Flavor: The user sings psychotically, transforming it into Dank form.
Intended Use(s): Finally! A way to properly use Dank form without wasting a moveslot! :D

Learned By: Comcott
Name: Romance (Draining Kiss + Charm)
New Type:

Classification:

Base Power: 75 (Z-140 Power)
Accuracy: 95%
Power Points: 16
Effect: Heals 75% of the damage dealt. Lower's the foe's Attack by two stages.
Target: Single Opponent
Flavor: The user engages in a romantic relationship with the target, then steals the target's energy at the first kiss, flustering the target with romantic emotions. This harshly lowers their Attack stat.
Intended Use(s): Decent role compression of healing and boosting its defenses indirectly to make up for the mediocre HP. Also gives Comcott a usable Fairy STAB to benefit from Indulgence, alongside Giga Drain.

Yung Dramps

awesome gaming

Attack Name: Tri Shock (Tri Attack + Venoshock)
Learned by: Valcro
Attack Type:

Base Power:
75
Category: Special
Accuracy: 100%
PP: 15
Effect: Has a 30% chance to Poison or badly Poison the foe. If the foe has one of those two status conditions, this Attack's BP is doubled.
Target: Single Opponent
Flavor: The user tosses three toxic energy balls at the foe that can inflict Poison. If the target is poisoned, the poison balls have their power amplified.
Competitive Uses: A Silvally fusion whose fusion move DOESN'T involve Multi-Attack? NANI?! Jokes aside, this attack is awesome for a fast attacker like Valcro, and can be more annoying than you think when you consider stuff like Nasty Plot and Tspikes stacking.

Attack Name: Ear Exploder 9000 (Nature's Madness + Relic Song)
Learned by: Tapu Meme
Attack Type:

Base Power:
-
Category: Special
Accuracy: 95%
PP: 20
Effect: Does damage to foe based on half their current HP. If the foe is currently asleep, this attack does 85% of their current HP and wakes them up.
Target: Single Opponent
Flavor: The user makes an extremely obnoxious sound that does fixed damage to the opponent, amplifying further if they are asleep.
Competitive Users: EE 9000 can be used for stallbreaking and punishing switch-ins.

Attack Name: Parting Shock (Parting Shot + Venoshock)
Learned by: Valcro
Attack Type:

Base Power:
-
Accuracy: 100%
PP: 15
Effect:
Reduces opponent's offenses by 1 and switches out user. If the opponent is poisoned, their offenses are reduced by 2.
Target: Double Opponents
Flavor: The user sprays a special venom at the opponent that lowers their Atk and Sp. Atk before using the opponent's weakened state to retreat. If the opponent is Poisoned, this venom's effect is enhanced, leading to further stat decreases.
Competitive Uses: A Silvally fusion whose fusion move DOESN'T involve Multi-Attack? NANI?! Jokes aside, this attack is awesome for a fast pivot like Valcro, and it can be especially effective on Tspikes teams.

more coming soon
Silvally has to give a Normal-type move. Parting Shot is Dark.
